Bringing the Digital Patient Journey to You

Since its opening in January 2025, Wandsworth Healthcare has welcomed healthcare leaders, clinicians, estates teams and digital transformation specialists to our Digital Patient Experience Centre in Woking. Through immersive, hands-on demonstrations, we have helped organisations better understand not just what digital transformation looks like, but how it feels in practice, integrates with existing systems, and can improve both patient care and operational performance. 

However, we recognise that not every trust or team can travel to Woking. Operational pressures, workforce demands and geographic constraints make site visits difficult for many organisations. That’s why we’re taking our Digital Patient Journey Experience Centre on tour with our Digital Patient Journey Roadshow. 

Our mobile, NHP-ready Digital Patient Journey Roadshow has been carefully designed to deliver the same immersive, practical insight beyond our Woking centre and into locations across the UK. Whether hosted at regional venues or within healthcare settings, we bring the technology, expertise and interactive environment with us, enabling teams to explore digital innovation closer to home and within a context that reflects real-world care delivery. 

Our Digital Patient Journey Roadshow has been built as a working demonstration, not a static exhibition or display, designed to mirror real clinical environments and operational workflows. You will be able to interact directly with our digital solutions and see how information flows securely and efficiently across systems. We’ll demonstrate how technology supports staff at the point of care, enhances communication, and improves visibility across wards and departments. 

At the heart of the Digital Patient Journey Roadshow is a fully integrated showcase of our digital healthcare ecosystem. Rather than presenting isolated products, we demonstrate how solutions work together as a connected platform to support the entire patient journey. You will see how digital solutions can operate seamlessly alongside existing infrastructure, including integration with established systems such as nurse call, to ensure that innovation enhances and extends the value of what you already have in place. With the emphasis on practical application, we explore how data can support better decision-making, how digital tools can improve patient flow, and how integrated systems can reduce manual processes and communication delays.
